The base length of the fascinator is 19cm, with width of 14cm and the feathers rising up with the arc at a height of 12cm approximately. Please allow a difference of about 1.5cm - 2cm in the measurement as measured manually.
This Fascinator comes in with a headband and a metal clip as an attachment. These are removable and can be used according to your need. This allows you to wear the fascinator at different angels and positions.
